Ripoff sent broken merchandise lied about sending a replacement no offer to refund

Elite-ev is not a trust worthy company. I bought a mini-bike from them but I cannot get the necessary replacement parts to maintain it. They sent a broken part to me due to it not being packed properly (a glass item crammed tightly in a box with just one layer of previously used bubble wrap is not a proper packing job) then tried to make the shipping company take responsibilty for it, while giving me the run-a-round about having to get another one "from China" and I needed to be "more patient". I has been months now, and they will no longer communicate, nor have I gotten the replacement part. I do not believe they tried to get another part from China, but only asked me to "be patient" so it would become to late for me to request a refund through my credit card company. Don't deal with them, and hopefully they'll get deported back to China and have to sell their junk there.
