I shifted for this improvement due to a crisis move in may. Using the move returned lease which was owed. The improvement i originated from was Queensbridge northern homes. The supervisor at that improvement would not reduce my lease based on what public help would spend since in her terms "your shifting anyways why must I reduce it!" after I moved towards the polo reasons they'd an issue reduce my lease because of the prior workplace not carrying it out themselves. Public support don't spend that back-rent simply because they experience it will have now been completed in regards to a year-ago when queensbridge was requested to reduce the lease and didnt. Ok now towards the actuall problem. Our drain continues to be blocked for four weeks. I've standing water that smells like sewage. I've togo my relatives home about the breaks to obtain a great dinner since easily prepare at my home I've to clean my containers and meals in my own toilet bathtub, exactly the same location where my 3 yr-old and 4-month previous get washed! They're informing me they cannot obtain a plumber untill April 20th! I visited the administration workplace and he got along my info, and in the place of following-up with me he beat to consult me concerning the back-rent. I've been obtaining the runaround. And my drain is in toughest problems than before! Not just is there remain water that smells super poor, however the pipes are dripping underneath. I've needed to remove all my containers out plus they are currently spread throughout my desk and range. There's no-where to sit down and consume with my kids! I settled the rear lease with my tax cash, since I had been fed up with battling this battle for that previous year and thought in the place of purchasing my kids necessary garments I would aswell spend this and perhaps they'll repair my drain! Well I had been incorrect. The lease was compensated with no one is operating any quicker! Please Help Me! They've the worst perspective along with not being useful at-all!
