These folks are liars and secrets. They've lied about from the term proceed. We believed we were purchasing this house on the "Rent to possess". We were naive concerning the procedure and were informed by Lynn John who operates for them this could be our house. Effectively our paperwork claims rent and describes nothing about purchasing. Your heater hasn't worked because we shifted in. She stated she'd to check on along with her employer. Never heard back. They NEVER reply their telephones or react to texts. Your ground is tragedy, all of the timber under our home is bad, our water-pipe broke. Your kids roof dropped once the earthquakes occurred. They will have completed nothing. Our fees and insurance were said to be contained in the lease and also the paperwork hasn't been completed, these folks have experienced more than 168 lawsuits filed against them-but the complainants never display for courtroom. Your electrical bill was $375.00 for January and our whole household is caught sleeping within the family room to remain comfortable. They're terrible people who purchase almost ruined home and sell it on hard-working naive people. Please don't work with the corporation.
