Will charge late fees but will not send invoice to your address even when updated mulitple times

Beware of this Home Owner Association.

I have updated my address with them several times somehow they still can not send the invoice to my correct address. They then charge me for late fees even though they have mailed the invoice to the wrong address! After five years of dealing with this, I know when they send the invoices so I called to make sure I received one, still did not get it. Went ahead and mailed the HOA fee based on previous invoices and what they told me over the phone. My bank then said their bank rejected the payment based on non recognition of account numbers after I followed their instructions exactly!!! Left three messages with no response trying to resolve the issue. Finally, left a message for their legal department (the legal department some how has my correct address to send threatening letters about late fees and legal action to) and THEN I got a call back from Lisa in accounting. I understand my responsibility of making a payment, where is the responsibility of the home owners association to send me an invoice? Especially when I give an accurate address EVERY year! When I did get a call back after talking to the accounting department after I left the message for the legal department, Jennifer who called me said that someone had tried to call me back and had to leave a message which was a flat out lie. I said 'That is interesting because I just finished talking with Lisa'. Wonder what they do with the late fees they collect?
