Living Water Design Build, Derek Boudreau, abandoned my 2nd story addition project without just cause. All payments to him were on time and in full. He was paid 90% of the money on the contract and he walked off having performed only 65% of the expense of the job.
I was told he had a roofing crew, a siding crew, a drywall crew and yet approximately 85% of the time he worked on the project he only had 1 subcontractor on site.
