Their delivery company trashed my home

This is the worst place for customer service!!! Do not buy from this place!!! They are arrogant, and have no respect for customer service. Their delivery service (sub-contractor) company was completely unprofessional and left trash in my home. While I was at store to complain, there where other customers complaining about their defective furniture which they refused to replace or give them a refund. The manager yelled at me saying "it was just a little trash, so what do you want me to do." I asked for his supervisor contact infomation, he told me that "this is his store and he was in charge." After many attempts, he finally gave me his supervisor number, who did not answer better return my phone call. Don't fall for the deals, that your money elsewhere.
