STRAIGHT 2 YOU RIPOFF RIP-OFF SCAMMERS charged me 3 times for the month

Yea you are right, I did call because I REBUILT my system to get my account info, but after several responses being unheard I canceld my service. You say that there is 2 pieces of the pie to ISDN, you try to blame your bad service on the phone company, well the truth being that I have waverly.net a RELIABLE ISDN provider, it connects fine, gee I wonder how bad the phone service can be to connect to that one and not you guys?

Well, that is not the point I am trying to make, at one time you guys was a great ISP, the reason I am complaining is that you for one charged me 49.95 3 times for the month of October and on top of that I signed up for ISDN residential service and it was suppose to be 29.95 NOT 49.95.

So the question is was it a mistake or was it bad business? I think all the other reports on here about you guys answer that question. You also say you talked to my bank and there was no charges other then my monthly fee on there, gee, guess how I found about you guys charging me 49.95 3 times in the month of October, MY BANK! And you say you have taped recordings of me calling in saying I rebuilt my system and I needed my account info, well that is great because I did call and ask for that, my question is do you have all the times I called about your bad service, do you have all the times I said if my service isnt fixed soon I am going to cancel, do you have the time I just finally said the heck with it and cancelld?

If anyone here has any doubts about this service before they sign up feel free to respond below and I can scan a copy of my bank transactions, you will see that its better to go with AOL or someone that is a bigger company because these guys are nothing but scammers. I will be glad to send consumer complaints a fax or scanned pic of my bank transactions for them to post, IT WILL BE MY PLEASURE.By the way, me and my lawyer are contacting OTHER people you have done this to.
