I've dealt with Alan Cassell on many occassions and have been amazed at his lack of ethics and concern for anyone other than himself, he will stab you in the back the first opportunity he gets and promise you he'll make it up on the next one. Well bend over because the next one you will have asked for it! He represents himself as a great guy and working for a non profit, well the profit is in his pocket any way he can put it there. He was also paid outside of closing on several deals and stiffed people that should have been paid.
