Cassell Gmc
Not mechanics

All I know is that I brought my 6.5 chevy to Cassell for a few SIMPLE REPAIRS and they made it worse each time. Billy boy the service writer only has a job because his daddy owns the place is IGNORANT and totally unaware of what is going on. The shop has turned out the poorest work I have ever seen.

When the truck was being worked on I went into sales and was told by Duprie the salesman that a new one would handle my 18,000 lbs. Trailer even though it was only rated at 16,400lbs. & not to worry about it. Until I crash & kill someone & I go to jail BUT he sold a truck.

BEWARE of that entire place. I since then took my truck some where else and was asked "WHAT KID DID THIS WORK?" I told then Cassel did & they filled me in on the amount of work they fix after Cassel screwed it up... Thanks
