Alan A. Williams Ordered Over $3000 Worth of Equipment, Had Us Deliver it Next Day Air, Never Paid, Quit Answeing Phone

Williams Vending Company is a Rip-Off of the worst kind. They called us up and ordered over $3000 worth of specialty equipment from us, and wanted it to be delivered Next Day Air. We dropped what we were doing in order to get the equipment shipped that day.

The invoice went 30 days past due. When I contacted Alan A. Willaims (president), he asked me to send the invoice again which we did. Since then, we have not been able to speak to Alan A. Willams. Two times Alan answered the phone saying he was "Larry" (an employee) and would give Alan the message to call us. We never heard from Alan.

We have spoken to Alan's assistant Keith several times, and each time he stated Alan would be making the payment on specific dates. Those dates have come and gone with no payment being made. Now Keith does not answer his phone. The invoice is now 80 days Past Due.

A preliminary investigation revealed that almost all large purchases that Williams Vending Company makes, (mainly Vending Machines) is done by some means of credit (loans, lease/purchases). Williams Vending Company cannot survive with a bad credit rating.

Do not do business with Williams Vending Company, or Alan A. Williams. It appears they have no regard for what is right, and have no ethics or morals. If you are already doing vending business with Williams Vending Company, they are most probably Ripping you off too. Make them show you their books!

My only intention is to have Williams Vending Company pay us what they legitamately owe us in full. If their non-payment causes them to have bad credit, a bad reputation, lose customers/business, and not be able to secure a loan from anyone, they have no one to blame but themselves.
