Westinghouse Consumer Care Powerful steam iron, did not perform as seen on T.V. Advertisements

100 per cent return policy. I called customer service below and was given RMA# to return product to SAI Home Products, Inc. Westinghouse Consumer Care, Department 4000,7850 Ruffner Avenue, Van Nuys CA, 91406 location. Never received refund, company claims they never received the return iron. This iron is advertised with television commercials, but someone in south florida is a distributor. This company use multiple customer service numbers. I lost my $ 89.95 with these scampers. These irons are no better than the store purchased irons, don't waste your time and money!
