I was thrilled to finally buy my new laptop. It was faster smarter and much more user-friendly thanks to the new os. After a few months my laptop started hanging and eventually slowed down. Now by profession I’m a designer and with Photoshop and Corel I need my laptop to work much faster else it affects my overall speed and delivery. Anyway, I finally wrote in to the service center and well they just never got back to me.instead of wasting time suing them I browsed online for tech support. I came across iyogi. I gave them a call inquired about their services. They charged me less than $50 to fix my present dilemma and my laptop worked fine. I went back to them and signed up with them for a whole year. And my laptop has not had a problem since.
