Toughest retail on line encounter I Have had. Don't purchase from these folks. Requested an 89$ duty = 112$ Le Creuset teapot Nov 30/11. It came right before Christmas, faulty. I really could not utilize it whilst the present it had been meant for and needed to buy another thing. According to the web site recommendations, I approached the organization within 7-day for directions to come back them for reimbursement. They don't reply the telephone and seldom answer mail.
