I requested two filled inkjet cartridges from Inkgrabber.com in Feb when I keep a dark and coloured one on hand. Well, after I place the dark capsule in my own printer 2-3 weeks before, it had been faulty and wouldn't produce something. I never believed something of it, and shipped it back again to Inkgrabber.com to get a alternative detailing that it was faulty. After I did not notice from their store, I named the organization with no one called back. I e-mailed them-and they advised me they had a 90-day return policy. I attempted to describe for them that I delivered it since it was FAULTY and maynot utilize it, however they insisted that they can not deliver a brand new one since it was past 3 months. They definitely won't substitute it for me personally and that I cannot think they'd not remain behind their goods. Occasionally I purchase these 4-5 at the same time and not believed that I'dnot obtain a alternative if it had been faulty. Therefore beware—do not purchase from their store if youare not likely to examine it out before 3 months or you'll be out the same as I am. How may a business market a person an item that does not function and WOn't substitute it? I can not understand. Therefore watch out for the corporation.
