I would not recommend this builder or subcontractor to anyone

Sebestyen & Williams Building was employed by us to construct a brand new house. The job was said to be finished in six months but required over annually. The bet for that function was likewise not correct, we'd ahead up having a significant amount of cash simply to protect the price of the floor that was much more than he explained it'd be. The subcontractor didn't decide water quality before creating something that will work-in the environment so that as an effect we've been recommended by different reliable HVAC experts that it'll have to be changed, it's not repairable. Furthermore, the maker voided the 5-year guarantee due to incorrect installation. The installation guide plainly says that no hydrogen sulfide is permitted within the program. The subcontractor possibly did not read it or simply dismissed it. We've spent $12,000 to get a program which should have survived 15-20 years and today is useless and we're not able to warmth or cool the home correctly. We also provide issues with the duct-work falling apart that'll need to be fixed. A few of the duct-work isn’t actually attached to something. Sertech’s reaction to our duct-work criticism was that Bruce Sebestyen desired a low-bid about the task and that’s the main reason it had been falling apart. Sertech shows no problem for quality of craftsmanship. We've mentioned the issue at size with both Sebestyen & Williams and also the subcontractor and thus much neither one may correct this. Bruce Sebestyen has created no work to put on the subcontractor accountable for this. He also exhibits no problem for quality of craftsmanship of course if an issue grows he doesn't create any work to fix it. I'd not suggest this contractor or subcontractor to anybody.
