Horrible cust service & crooked business

I settled the "overdue" quantity on my statement ONLINE since for whatever reason I don't obtain claims in virtually any type. Our support was disconnected without caution on the Friday, after I got home & recognized this I named & obviously these were shut for that weekend. The crisis point individual was totally & inexcusably rude & explained I Would need to ask Friday. Therefore after 3 times without gasoline (warmth, water & range) I contact just for the one who ultimately responded after 22 units to be on-hold to even be rude & show me that not just did they observe my fee made on Friday of $105 but I'd need to spend one more $100 prior to the support could be reconnected. I expected to get a boss simply to obtain the next RUDE individual for the reason that organization to inform me $75 & the support wouldn't link until Wednesday. She can't tell me where this $75 may proceed, that it'll not be reproduced to my statement. I hang-up, spend this totally silly cost to ensure that we shall have warmth & heated water in January, call-back & stay on store for 27 more moments to subsequently be informed it'll now be "sometime on Thursday" before my support is switched back on. This really is definitely undesirable & I'll be calling EVERYBODY that'll pay attention to have anything accomplished! All this is directly after we simply shifted from another location with this same silly organization, required a of support & were necessary to spend a deposit of $150 in July (4 weeks before) aswell! This type of person taking their clients IMPAIRED & I'll not take it!
