Ordered new model x-calibur spa over phone to be delivered curbside. Received spa that was 2003 model, wouldn't heat properly, but I was trying to be flexible. Called manufacturer to troubleshoot spa, turns out it was a factory second with only 90 day warranty. I called broco supply to send appropriate spa, I obviously got the wrong item. Said they would pick it up, now they say wont pick up, I have to pay shipping before getting refund. At first they denyed it was a factory second all together, now they are admitting it is reconditioned. What a scam! Do not buy from these people and do not buy any spa without calling manufacturer with serial number to check on actual warranty.
