Having bought a bed here in 2010 for $2,700 & supposed to be a 15 year warranty & going to the mattress warehouse store to see if they would replace it because it is defective. There trying to tell us we bought a floor model so there is no warranty on it & we were never told it was going to be a floor model. So we would like a new & better mattress for what we paid for this one that is defective after a year & half. Stephen Heath Saxton Pa.
