Ripoff, Will Not Finish After They Got Paid

We have recently (2 monthes ago) had a pool put in with Blue Haven, and still yet to see the final completion of thier work. The entire process to get here was bad enough, considering I basically had to oversee the job myself or else I would have had water in my house today from the decking contractor sloping the grade into my house!

But they promised there would be a clean-up crew come out prior to plaster to acid wash the flagstone, and check the grout joints, that did not happen.

Then after plaster they promised to send someone out to clean up the mess (pipe cut-offs, gunite excess, etc.) prior to our party, that also did not happen, I had to pay a trash man 100.00 to come shovel up the pile and haul it off.

They promised at the time of equipment start up to also clean up the stones and fix the terrible job thier plumber left on the side of our front yard when he ran the gas lines, that also never happened.

We were suppossed to get some free lawn furniture which all we have ever seen was the umbrella. I want to believe that a nationally recognized company like this would pay a little more attention to detail than this.

Lastly when the plaster crew was putting on plaster he left little spots everywhere, I assume that is also my responsibilty to correct. I did get the pool I wanted and it did not take more than about 6 weeks, but I sure wish they would come back and finish.
