Blue Haven Pools
Work Crews do not show up. Office does answer or return calls. Poor quality work. Customer is forced to pay most of the bill before the work is done. My pool is now 6 weeks past the completion date, but not even close to being done. Ripoff

Blue Haven Pools is another one of those companies that takes your money, after you sign a contract with them, and then does what they want, when they want. I have had nothing but problems trying to get work done on my pool. The office tells me that a crew is scheduled to do work on a certain day, but nobody shows up to do the work. Usually, if they do show up, it's on a day of their choosing, totally unannounced.

I have been unable to get them to clean up the concrete and trash pile for almost 3 months now.
A portion of the conrete deck must be replaced because of the sloppy job the contractor did when setting up the form. The contractor Blue Haven used to do the deck is now refusing to fix it.

They cut my satellite TV cable and refuse to pay for the repair.

They installed 22 chipped bricks as part of the coping and left a stack of undamaged bricks on the side as extras. So, I had to get them to replace the chipped bricks with the good ones. Why would someone install chipped bricks when there are plenty of other good ones sitting right there to choose from?

When I call the office to find out what's going on, either I get a voicemail or the person I need to speak with is unavailable for one reason or another. They never return phone calls. I cannot find a phone number for the corporate office.

Now they refuse to follow through with installation of the plaster without the final payment up front. I have already paid them 95% of the total bill, which they haven't completed work for. Why should I pay them the remaining 5% up front when they won't finish the work I've already paid them for?

I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Protection Department. So far I have heard nothing about the issue from either of them.
