Sold a bad car - courstey toyota of brandon

My husband purchased a used truck from Courtesy Toyota of Brandon on February 28 on March 2 we had our Mechanic look at it and he advised that there were a lot of major problems wrong withthe truck so we took it back on the way to the dealership the truck broke down and we had to have it towed! Before my husband bought the car he asked the salesman if they had the same deal as other dealership they if something was wrong we can return it and recieve our money back the salesman Rick said yes sir not a problem, so on the night of March 2 when we had the car towed to them we told Sonny the manager that is what we wanted to do and he informed us that they do not do that but he would make it right that he had been there for 29 years and planned on being there foir 20 more, so after 3 days and speaking to another manager Ken and the service manager John we were told that the truck eas fixed and running great on March 19 we took it to our mechanic to have a tune up done since it was a used car and he told us that it was the original spark plugs abd the other normal tune up items needed to be done so we had it done 258.00 dollars and 2 days later back to the shop and the heads are cracked, to remind you we have not had this car for 30 days and now it will cost 3500.00 to be repaired. I called the dealership again and spok eto the service manager John and he said that it is a used car but spak with one of the mangers so I spoke with Sonny and he told that we bought a used car and what did we want, I explained to him what happened and because our mechanic worked on the car that he cracked the heads well I know that to not be trus since we have used this mechanic for years and he is very good at what he does. Sonny was rude and condensending and pretty much said to bad that we have to take responsabilty of car owners! Well I fell that we have been screwed this truck had nothing done to it byt a wash on the outside and a pressure clean of the engine they sold us a piece of crap and will not face up yo what they have done, they should not be allowed to rip people off. I want an apology and the money to have the truck fixed. I do not trust them and advise people to stay away from them.
