Al Hendrickson Toyota
Deception, damaged my vehicle

On June 5th, I went over to Al Hendrickson Toyota. I was advised that I had been approved through theToyota loyalty program at 2.99 percent. I then traded my 2011 Toyota Tundra for the 2012 Tundra. I had no reason to think something was wrong until last Saturday, June 23rd, I came home from work to see letters from different banks. On Monday, June 24th, I called over To Al Hendrickson Toyota to inquire as to why I was recieving these mailings. I was then told that I needed to come back in and sign at a higher interest rate.in addition, I would need to bring in more money. I advised the sales manager Scott, that either they honor the contract that was signed or there was nothing else that I could do. My husband then went over to the dealership. My husband went over to the dealership. He and the sales manager put in writting that the dealer would reinstall all the equipment back into our truck and on Tuesday, we would do the exchange of the vehicles as the dealer rescinded the contract.in looking at the truck, mu husband noticed that damage had been done to our truck. Someone had been driving our truck over the couple weeks that we did not have it. My husband called the police and filed a police report. What happened was the worst. My husband came home with the document that the exchange of vehicles would happen on Tuesday after the dealership had fixed our truck. I went to school that noght to take a exam. Upon coming out of class, I noticed the 2012 Tundra had been taken from school property. I called the police and they informed me to go over to the dealership and upon getting their, to call Coconut Creek police. I did get my 2011 Tundra on Monday night, but with damages t the outside.in addition to the damages, they did not reinstall the equipment that was in the truck when we did the trade in. I am now stuck having to reinstall the equipment as well as pay a body shop to repair the ouside of the truck. When I had did the traded in, I had switched the insurance from the 2011 truck to the 2101. Geico will not cover as the damage was done while the 2011 was in Toyota care. Their deceptive practces has cost ny husband at least $4500. AS a consumer, I feel totally violated. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!
