Rotting wood, water trapped behind paint

This company sold me on maintenance free exterior, sounds great! Well they don't exactly hire professional help. Sprayed primer too thick and ran, and in certain places it looked like orange peel texture so i called to complain, don't worry it be fine when it's finished. And painted in rain and so many other problems. They never finished the final punch list and still expect the final the payment. This job started in june and they were still here October.

Well here we are in 2011. I contacted the company, and the BBB to no avail, they the BBB has a 3 year look back period. Now i need to replace 3 windows, trim around 3 doors, and repaint some siding, after paying 12,000.00 They will not get the 6000.00 to finish a rotten job.
