Sprayed Tex-Cote paint on my house which is now peeling extensively

In November of Materpiece Exteriors sprayed my house with Tex-Cote paint and indicated that the job was guaranteed for life. A little over a year later, the paint started to peel. I contacted Masterpiece Exteriors and related my problem. I received a letter dated October 24 from Nikki Leach, Office Manager of this company, indicating that the paint was guaranteed for life but not the labor. They indicated that an "installer" would contact me after an "assessment" was made. The cost of the labor would then be due "before service begins". I have NEVER been contacted by anyone from this company. I now am unable to contact or even find this company.
