Sloppy, incompetant, deceitful thief! This is the contractor from hell—a bully pathological liar. Preys upon the elderly! Filled with lame excuses for failure to perform or show up. Sample of issues with custom home that I had Bruce Gray build.

First windy storm, shingles and roof vent flying off. Two (2) significant leaks—all around fireplace chimney—pouring in around range vent. 22 prehung doors ruined by his "professional" painter (wife) use of a roller giving doors streaked, thick, lumpy, runny texture that feels like sandpaper—all need to be replaced. Not one door is hung right or closes properly. The liar said, "we don't use shims in new houses".

Chipped bathroom fixtures—permanent chemical stains on hardwood floors, on faucets, sinks. Crown moulding installed upside down, 1/4" gaps in baseboard, ("we don't scribe in new construction". Most walls are not plumb. (never saw a level during construction) 4 Porches that slope towards house!!
