2 year old construction with a leaky roof that still has not been fixed!

We added a master bedroom with bathroom to our home a little over 2 years ago. We have gone back an forth with this company on several issues, but the main issue is the leaking that occurs when it rains. One of the doors leading to the outside leaks uncontrollably when it rains. This has caused visual damage to the moulding, drywall, and our alarm sensor. We have gone back and forth with this company with no avail! They came out and replaced the moulding, applied a sealant over around the frame of the door, and repainted... We even purchased an awning in hopes this would remedy the situation. Well, it hasn't!

I just received a call from one of their people - name is Ben. He states that they, as the contracto, have done all they can do, and that we would need to pursue legal action against the sub-contractor they hired! Oh, they did offer to "back us up". Their website states that they have their own crews - this is a lie! They use sub-contractors... Who can't seem to do quality work! Don't trust them! The guy who initially assisted us was Steven Algamiz... Be weary of him. Still raining in my house!
