I had a home built by srcc and it has been nothing but a heart ache from the very begginning. First of all they didn't put in a dryer vent until AFTER the house was built. Therefore my washer / drye

Suwannee river construction company is a rip off. They do non satsisfactory work and will not come back to fix problems. They said we had a five year warranty, that we could call anytime we had a problem and they would be right back to fix it. What a JOKE!!! Been tryint to get them to come fix a faulty fireplace and roof that leaks everytime it rains. I have board fallling off and some already laying on the roof that fell off. My upstairs floor is weak and sags when you walk on it. Thing is we told them of these problems before shingles were put on and before carpet was put down.

They put my dryer vent in AFTER building home so now I have a real mess with all that and a fire hazard to boot. I have so many elbows and vent line runs thru half my house to get to outside so they had to put in a blower. Now I have to turn on switch for blower when I use dryer which i forget to do half the time. HOW many people have to turn on a blower when drying clothes? This is just a drop in the bucket of problems and I have been trying to get them to fix them for 1 1/2 years now.

They wont take phone calls or text me back so i finally had to get a lawyer who turned them in to State of Florida. Anyone looking to build a log home, please shop around, do not use suwannee river construction company or anyone by name of Ben Miller or Michael Morrison as they may try to start another company under different name. They had an account set up that I put monies in and they paid all sub contractors and I was suppose to get a print out of what was paid for house at end of job. I was told it would be cold day in hell before I get that. Just saying buyers BEWARE of that company or any company those two people are associated with.
