Rips you off if you cancel service

I prepaid for a year of weed kill service with this company. When they were not doing the job, I called to cancel. I was met with a very rude female who advised me it would take approx 90 days to get a refund. The refund came approx 60 days later and had $50 in fees taken out for early cancellation. The letter also contained a handy disclosure of their fees that I had never seen before. BBB was useless due to them being a member.
