Dishwasher - Appliance Repai

Dear Sears Representative, I'm filing a complaint about the lousy service I received about a Whirlpool Quiet 1 dishwasher I brought in March. The fuse apparently blown under three months after I brought the dishwasher. The intense inconvenience started on Saturday, June 11 when the appliance repairman did not have the fuse in his truck, so he had to order a fuse that match my Whirlpool dishwasher. I got it in the mail on Thursday, June 16. An appliance repairman failed to show up or even call me anywhere in the 8AM-12PM time frame on Saturday, June 18. I called the Sears Technical Support Department three times from 12PM-1PM to demand a repairman to comeover to fix my dishwasher. I talked to three different people on the second call. The first two at the office failed to assist me. On the third call, I told a lady three times I'm off this Monday, and I work the rest of the week from 7:30AM til after 4PM, and she still failed to get a repairman over this Monday after I explained to her how a repairman failed to comeover at the 8AM-12PM time frame. I warned her to either have a repairman comeover at least by 2PM, have the repairman comeover this Monday, or I will file a complaint. The lady in the office failed to listen to me, so I decided to file a complaint with Sears. I hope for disciplinary actions to be taken against the Sears Appliance Technical Support Department. I would really appreciate it if the Sears Technical Support Department make sure a repairman comeover at the next scheduled appointment next Saturday from 8AM-12PM time frame. I already decided not to buy anymore appliances from Sears due to the lousy service I've been receiving.
