No generator during power outage

In this past surprise. 10/29. Your region lost energy as in the earlier storms (July & july). A turbine was mounted on the city water program even though we'd no powerhouses in the region were supplied with water.in this previous surprise a turbine was supplied on sunday. 10/30. And water provided. On 10/31. The turbine was eliminated no purpose provided and today no water. Although different clients in the areas however have there turbine. And also have water why was candle wood stage towns eliminated you have to consider!!! Was it centered on duty base //. Who lives in what neighborhood //. Are we not all equivalent. And worthy of solutions
