Denied making a purchase

Tried to buy a television because of your price and no interest offer. Was approved for a card and couldn't use it to complete the online transaction. Your representatives (I spoke to many) didn't care wouldn't help, told me to drive to the nearest store (1 hour each way) otherwise I couldn't use my new card. No one offered to keep my business, nothing!
