The only word out of this company's mouth is NO! They try and wear you down by telling you something was not properly maintained.in our case, it was a twelve year old water heater. It operated for twelve years so how could it not be properly maintained. This exceeded the normal life but they still do not want to pay!

If I were you I would look eleswhere. This is not a policy/company I would recommend to my worst enemny.
