I had problems with a special order of American Marazzi bathroom tile. The shipment was late and part of the tiles were improperly packed and were broken. But Heather Mayer at the Seaside Hope Depot got it all straightened out for me — while she was fielding phone calls, helping other customers and tracking down my order. She went out of her way to make sure it was reordered properly, even after her shift expired — and made me feel like I was an important customer. Plus, she kept her cool and managed to smile through it all. I hope you are able to reward her in some way. She is a wonderful asset to your company. I have never written such a letter before, but I was very impressed with her.
