Misrepresention

I have tried to resolve an issue relative to the CAC installation from 5-16-11. I am not getting a response and feel the complaint is not getting to the right place in the corporate structure of Sears.
I upgraded my CAC through Sears and purchased a 16 seer 3-1/2 ton unit carrier unit. I was told, that the carrier unit carried a 20 yr warranty as opposed to the Kenmore which was only has a 10 year. I was also advised that I would receive a $400 gift card, which I never received.

The price was subsantial but I bought the better unit for the warranty, which ther Carrier corp. Said is only 10 years (same as Kenmore). I was mislead.
I also requested info on energy savings, and never received.

Please look into this so I don't have to pursue the matter further.
