In my own expertise, the ActiVHeat organization has basically no customer support. I've named their phone number repeatedly and remaining voice mail communications, and that I have sent their customer support tackle numerous occasions. Even though that I've an obviously faulty item, I've obtained no assistance from their store whatsoever. I did so obtain *one* e-mail communication, which recognized the issue and guaranteed an answer, but nothing further actually occurred. The entire response I obtained is really as follows:

We’re likely to deliver you out another battery power this week.

Following is just a record of my efforts at solving this problem:

3/14: I sent email to data@activheat.com explaining difficulty

3/17: I named customerservice quantity and remaining voice-mail

3/21: I sent email reiterating difficulty

3/25: I named customerservice quantity and reiterated difficulty

4/5: I emailed again, with increased angry concept

4/5: I obtained the above mentioned mail, recognizing the situation and encouraging an answer

4/5: I emailed a response, thanking them for accepting to do this

4/18: I sent, requesting whether alternative continues to be delivered

5/2: I emalied again, further asking whether replacement has shipped

5/9: I emailed yet again, demanding a tracking number within a week

5/17: I am publishing this record of what happened.
