Do not use Crystal Shore Properties in Estepona if you are planning to buy or rent a property in Southern Spain. They are located in Guadalmina commercial centre. I purchased a property through them last year and they inflated the purchase price so that they could make a huge commission, in excess of 30,000 Euro's on a property we purchased for 160,000 Euro's.
