Ron Hubbard Keys are right outside! Ron told us where to find the hidden keys to a vacant home that was for rent. He wouldn't meet us to view property - said to go on our own. Southern

We're prospective tenants and went through Top Dog Leasing to find rental properties. We have never met Ron in person. The first time we almost rented from him, he had sent us to properties when current tenants/owners were not expecting us. He was sneaky and details about properties changed frequently - especially deposit amounts. We didn't end up renting a property he managed. Although we knew better, we went back to him to find properties a year later.

Today, we were in the Portola Hills area and called from our car to ask Ron about a property we had seen the day before. Again, he doesn't know us, has never met us. He was totally put off that we had to answer his phone or any of our questions - having to get off of another line while we could hear him complain that he had someone to 'deal' with. Ron gave us the address to the property and told us where the hidden key was - a hanging flowerpot outside the front door. He had to double check details we remembered about the property because all the empty ones have keys outside. We asked for directions from where we were at and he became very irate and said, "you'll have to mapquest it or something, I've got a lot of these" and hung up on me.

We'll be using credentialed realtors in the future.
