My pool pumping system had lost the ability to prime and stoppedd working at a critical time during the winter... Freezing temperatures on the way and I use the pump during the winter to prevent freezing rather than closing the pool. Called Leslie and they had a Technician, Jarred, check it out. He diagnosed the problem and offered the options of just doing a fix of the bad pump, or replacing the whole system with a new one. I opted for the replacement and found the pump at a discounted price on their web and Leslie's readily sold me the pump at the reduced fee. Jarred returned with the new system and worked to not only repalce the system but also made substantive improvements in the electrical connections (which were quite old) and the plumbing (replacing and reorienting the PVC pipes so they would be more efficient)... All this in freezing cold weather and well into the night working with flashloghts and shop lighte. System works fine and I could not recommend more highly either the service by the leslie staff and especially the superb work by Jarred.
