Defective Hayward $1500 pump - Hayward pump

Leslie's has the worst customer service of any company that I have experieced. I had to wait 2 weeks for a service call, the whole time the the pool is turning black and green... But they don't seem to care about that. The technician said everything was fine and wouldn't show up so Leslie's service in the Palm Springs, CA area wanted me to wait a whole month for the tech to come back... As he was supposedly all booked up. So that is 6 weeks with a defective pump that would not work... By now the water is completely black... But Leslie's could care less.
So I called Hayward, since I wasn't getting any where with Leslie's... The next morning they had the pump replaced.
Leslie's is the most frustrating, disgusting, horrible & unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. I truly recommend if you can find another company to use it will save you your BLOOD PRESSURE!!!
