Failed to deliver my mattress, boxsprings, footboard & headboard. Rip-off!

Mattress Warehouse failed to deliver mattress, boxsprings, frame, head and footboards. Three seperate occassions delivery was scheduled and 3 seperate occassions they failed to show up. I took off work. They failed to call.

When I asked to get the items delivered again, they then said that they would be unable to deliver for another week and that they were doing me a favor. How sick.

I paid over $900.00 for this merchandise. I paid for delivery and setup charges. How are they doing me a favor? I then asked that the order be cancelled and they said they could not cancel my order.
