No frame even I was promised to get it when I bought the mattress set

We bought a king size bed set from Mattress Warehouse in Mclean on 12/30. (Store number 55). We met the sales person Clive (CE2872).in our conversation, I mentioned several times that I wanted to get everything, mattress, boxes, and frame. He promised the price was for the three pieces. When we received the delivery on 01/05, we found out that there was no frame. My wife called back to question him, he told us mattress, box, and box were three pieces and very rude to my wife.
