Won't Reconnect My Service Because I Have Dogs

Nicor found work on my home today and that I needed to abandon to get a physician's appt. They explained to contact the amount about the orange label they quit on my doorway, to possess somebody come and reconnect my gasoline plus they could be below within one-hour. I waited for just two hours and fifteen minutes and named them to ask that which was happening. The crisis owner mentioned that somebody had arrived at my home and named me 3 times, but no body responded. I informed her that's a rest. I informed her no body had named me, with no one had arrived at my home... I'm sitting here waiting as a whole stop for them. She stated he bumped about the screen. I mentioned no body bumped on my screen and he must arrived at my door just like a regular individual. I stated my pets are inside with me since I've been awaiting him. She stated she'd place the demand in again. About 50% one hour later I noticed a light going on a single of my windows and that I told him I've been awaiting nearly 3 hours... He must hit or contact just like a regular individual in the place of coming round the street going on my screen. He explained he'd not proceed in my own top entrance since he's scared of the pets. I stated my pets are indoors with me! I told him 3 TIMES that my pets have been in my home, shut-in my room, and he nevertheless declined in the future in my own house to reconnect my gasoline. He possibly includes a severe attitude issue or he's silly.in either case, he shouldn't be achieving this type of function. He cannot work-in a home with pets, even if they're closed up from him? Really??? He declined in the future in and stated he was departing. I named the crisis owner and informed her to deliver somebody else and he or she stated there's no body otherwise, and he seems it's hazardous in the future into my home, and so I need to contact customer support each morning. And so I am without gasoline support as a result of this fool's mess. He could not get a telephone and phone to express he is exterior. He cannot come right into a home where you will find pets who're securely locked away. I can not think they'd utilize somebody who is this kind of idiot. I'm without gasoline support today simply because they do!
