Service man's attitude sucked/job not completed

A serviceman called "John" may to the house today to connect a Television with wire. We'd wire within the space but desired it sent transferred therefore the Television did not take a seat on the air-vent which designed a pit must be place in the hardwood that was okay by us, we'd have actually signed a waiver. John arrived flat-out really rude and disrespectful and stated i am not carrying it out. He explained it could be good within the air-vent since the desk it lay on was several inches off the ground having a rude tone in his speech along with a smart grin. He explained he'd place a pit within the plastic exterior outside and create a pit within the wall which was the only real choice again really rude. We shifted our Television within the family room over 'JUST IN CASE' he'd time for you to operate a cable for this through the hardwood. This did alter the purchase some but it'd have now been okay, he did not note that simply stated again I AM NOT CARRYING IT OUT, meaning set a pit within the hardwood.in most our decades of getting something individual arrived at the home it has never occurred. We've been along with you for a long time.

This sort John explained I'd need to connect it wire, etc., up again so he might check the machine. Never once wanted to help. Exactly what a big time idiot. WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE DO YOU'VE WORKING OUT FOR YOU.

Nothing was done that people needed done. It within the room was connected having a lengthy wire in the current cable; we needed a brand new wire work from underneath the home with a little pit within the hardwood.
