When I first dealt with Simone Kelly she was so sweet and helpful. Once we had the contract signed, and it was one day before our estate sale she changed the contract from a 70% commission to me and 30% commission to them to 50/50 and added that they get to keep all remaining merchandise

These people sell your estate like a yard sale! Cindy is the most unproffessional most rude individual in this business. Simone and Cindy took full advantage of us in our vulnerable state and priced our merchandise incorrectly! An oak dining set table with 8 chairs for $75 bu an ikea wardrobe at $125??? These people have NO idea what they are doing!

To top it off, they stated 2-3 people would be watching and monitoring the inside of my house during the entire sale. Guess what? They not only didn't bring the people to do this, someone turned in the gas robmy fireplace full blast. We are smokers.

Our entire house and my neighbors would have been blown up! After 3 days I finally figured out where the smell was coming from. Good thing we had our windows opened and they took my pots n pans so I couldn't cook or when I lit the stove we would have all been cooked.

They sold the contents of my 3 bedroom '2 car garage home and I made a whole whopping $953.

They left their garbage (cups from subway etc) scattered in the house and my garbage in a mess.

And they didn't take any of the upstairs heavy items so they put that burden on us.
