Scam Artists Liars, scammers and will do anything to take your money

This company said they paint each apartment and put new carpet in every apartment before allowing anyone to move in. When we looked at the property it had new paint and new carpet and were excited about moving in. Shortly after moving in it appeared there were several problems with apartment and the surroundings. We made notice to them about it and didn't seem to get any resolution there where 9 different requests for different services to be fixed 5 complaints were done on one issue, and 5 done on another issue and that was just on 2 requests. One was never fixed and the other took 4 months to fix. Kept getting notes that they came in and fixed it but. It never was and tried and tried when we moved we cleaned everything and made sure the apt was in it's normal state but instead of getting our deposit back we were charged for carpet which they said they change after every resident moves anyway and for some other reasons that are still a mystery we asked to be available for the walk through so we could see if there was something that they were claiming and of course they did the inspection without us present. Given the situation they put us in it would have seemed they would have wanted to make sure that we were present, had the camcorder ready to go only to be notified they did it without us present after asking to do so, they have taken all of our deposit and claiming other damages that were not present. This is a rip off company they scam people for their deposits they do not fix anything that is asked to be fixed and make excuses about why it can't be done. I am going to go out and have the city look at the property as I am sure the place is filled with black mold. Yes black mold my wife who never gets sick was sick almost the entire time we stayed there and I suffered headaches and other injuries from neglect of the property.
