I have filed a civil case against Rustic / Chase South for breech of contract, deceptive sales, and theft of services not rendered. I paid almost 6 grand to have a fence installed 4 years ago. They promised they already got the permit approved and filed with the city. Last week code enforcement came and said there is no permit and to tear it down. I called Chase and he assured me they had it and faxed it to the city. City manager called me and said they had only applied for a permit and the fence still needs to come down. They breached the contract, theft of service, and sold it to me under false pretenses

I already have the city manager and supervisors that can attest to the fact that they only recently filed for an application. I will have to tear my fence down and have another company put a new one up. Even if the permit gets granted, I want a refund for having to go through all of this and losing work trying to get the truth out of Rustic, which I never got. All I got was lies about how they had already filed. Sarah South said she would call me back when she found the permit, that was last week. She never called because there is no permit.

I am ready to go viral with this and expose the deceptive practices all over any social network. I then decided that people need to know about the deceptive practices so they are not in the same situation. I had decided to hold off on that because I would like to get this solved peacefully, but I have already filed a suit, which can be dropped if an agreement can be reached. If not, I am going for the full amount, plus the three estimates I have from other fence contractors to make up the difference.
