Ripoff, fraud, misrepresentation, liar, substandard materials and workmanship

Hello,

I contracted with Bernie Lodico Fencing of Tampa Florida to construct a fence on my property.

Mr. Lodico promised to procure a permit, locate all of the property lines and build a quality fence that would last "at least 15 years".

Mr. Lodico never procured a permit; is in fact unlicensed to do such work in Hillsborough County; Never located the property boundry and built to fence in the wrong place; used substandard materials (brads instead of nails or screws, substandard boarding).

As a result, the fence began to fall apart, crack, warp, split and sag within weeks. I contacted Mr. Lodico directly and he hung up on me; I contacted the BBB and they said there is nothing they can do.
