I purchased a slipcover for my Ikea Klobo from Marlene's Urban Bliss in March. I received an order confirmation email and a charge on my credit card and nothing else. I sent multiple emails about status and I never received a reply.

The only thing I saw a sob story on their web site about how the owner is sick and they are very busy. Not a single reply to 4 different emails.

I should have never trusted this site. First of all, there is no phone number or address on the site. Clue 1 that it is a scam. Second, they have a big fat "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Do not buy a klobo slipcover for your ikea couch or anything else from this scam site, www.MarlenesUrbanBliss.com.

If they ever respond and ship my goods, I will gladly update this report.
