Marlenes Urban Bliss is a Fraud. Do not order from this company. We ordered a Klobo slip cover in May, it's now October 1 and we still haven't received it. Emails to her website go unanswered. After she takes your money you will never hear from her again. Her website said it would take up to 90 days. Well during that time, she should have at least given the common courtesy to update someone. Periodically she posts to her website that she's back up and its a small company. Word of advice, if your company is so small that you can't get a cell phone or take a couple of hours of your time to reply back to emails you don't need to have a company. Again, do not order anything from this company, you will never get your product.
