Warranty Service Stinks

I buy Peachtree windows and gates in 1993. The manufacturer glazing has failed allowing water in. From The period you see this (there's no obvious indicators of water between screen, etc.), the timber is aging. Though Peachtree transformed the guarantee vocabulary AFTER I bought my windows to exclude wood-rot, they WOn't do something about my 7 windows that have failed due to poor craftsmanship (which seems to be typical within this organization). I'd never purchase other things the corporation makes and that I have not completed together however - I intend to consider my grievances so far as I will proceed. Think about a-class action fit? Somebody must maintain the corporation responsible for their "easy 14-term guarantee" which evidently might be reduce to 11 phrases "We protect nothing, don't bother to document a warranty state."
